Submission VoW smg is good (craftable)
Heritage from DSC is good (craftable)

Lingering Dread from Duality (stasis but kinetic slot) is very good, godroll would be chill autoload blinding

#

Rufus's Fury would also be good (but strand) craftable from newest raid (RoN)

#

HungJury (adept) from GMs with current double drops

#

kinetic tremors/rapid hit is what I'm looking for
frenzy/rapid hit is good
