Any tips on getting the solar ignition bounty in crucible?

I've been trying to do this for an hour now, and its very frustrating, i have the solar granade and Polaris Lance, and I cannot for the life of me get the one kill i need...

I get games a lot of the time, where i just get high damage and stuff, i ignite a few times, but it just doesnt deal that much dmg

or it gets counted as a nade/gun kill cuz its the initial tick

If you are on hunter you can try using calibans hand, on warlock firebolt grenades with the 2 artifact moda and touch of flame is very good for this

Especially if the enemy team is sitting in a well
