so in general items can have a natural max of 68 pts, half of which are in the top 3 stats (34 average)

34 x 4 = 136 total base
+10 x 5 = 186 with mods
+3 x 5 = 201 with artifice

Further there are fragments that can get totals higher (as well as particularly high stat armors) but personally I find ones that complement your build to be better

best (imo) is farm pit boss (when on rotation) with a ghost stat mod for the lower 3 (prob discipline) and hope for a low rec and higher res/mob
