yes, youre still able to get, but it has low stats unfortunately, youd be better off getting loreley through a lost sector

It rolls with like 46 if im not mistaken compared to a lost sector one that should drop with 60+
used the campaign helm when I started and it was totally fine, titans usually dont need much besides resilience and discipline
