as a stasis warlock main, just use ager's scepter for everything
it's strong on its own and easy to craft around, since shadebinder is honestly quite a straightforward sublass
also personally i think winter's wrath is too short (and weak) to be good outside of certain cheese situations, so the ager's catalyst is really strong
