So I got destiny 2 30th anniversary pack from the epic games store for free. And on steam, I have beyond light deluxe edition If I set up cross save, theres no reason that I shouldn't be able to just. Use both DLC right?

Cross save doesn’t transfer dlc licenses because they are different platforms and the rights to the content are separate.
You’ll be able to play each individual one on the separate platforms. But you won’t be able to do the 30th dungeon on steam or beyond light stuff on epic
I think the season pass is the only thing that can “transfer” between all platforms.
