Ive been searching on youtube for builds but dont know which is the best. So what do you think is the best titan build?

For example in vow with raid mods arc titan is by far the strongest

Void and solar both have very strong of both, arc is probably the weakest but highest damage

What is a good solar build to use?

solar is so much easier to use

All subclasses on titan are viable for up to end game content (except stasis lol)
However I do have some suggestions you can use for the next time you try out
For solar use sol invictus and roaring Flames with some aspects focused on restoration if possible, adding lorelei (tho people might call it a crutch) makes you unkillable
For Void you can bring bastion and controlled demolitions with weakening nades (vortex is by far my favorite) to blow up everything
Heart of Inmost light is a must have for void and the next one however using another exotic like armamentarium is fine
For Arc you can use knockout and touch of thunder to empower your grenades, arc titans are known to erase even bosses with a grenade, my favorite (although nerfed) are still the storm grenades with the jolt fragment
And lastly for Strand (if you have lightfall) use suspend grenades with the new strand exotic legs if you have it to keep everything in the air and get a near permanent 60% bonus Damage reduction
