Current meta is starfire+fusion nade spam with a DoT weapon like witherhoard or osteo striga to regen grenades faster.

The next best solar build (since starfire will soon be nerfed) is sunbracers

touch of flame is mandatory on all pve builds, but icarus vs heat rises mostly comes down to preference.

resolve/ashes/singeing/torches is what I use for starfire
resolve/ashes/searing/mercy is what I use for sunbracers

ive never seen anyone actually recommend good fragments thats crazy

but i would recommend resolve ashes searing and mercy for starfire too

the restoration from firesprites is sooooo nice for all sorts of content
