use an emulator and increase axis speed as u like ill take a 10 Euro steam giftcard 🙂

did you buy a new one because you're sure it's an issue with your controller's stick?

safe to assume you tried the following? check in-game settings, use DSWindows instead of Steam support to adjust X-axis sensitivity
