Depends on what subclass you like.
Solar titans are near unkillable with lorelei and sunspots made by hammers.
For void you can with a volatile build with the void artifact mods and a funnelweb (or any void weapon.)

For Arc storm grenades builds but any other types still work, they are just still busted like before.
For Strand is all about suspend, combined with the new strand exotic legs you'll be hard to kill.

Solar is not the best build in the game for titans

void is currently the best build in the game for titans but it is significantly harder to use then solar titan
