Got the catalyst for it so now I'm using it to unlock it, seems like a well rounded weapon that I want to use, I'm just looking for a build for it that's all, maybe some tips on how to use it (using it with oathkeepers)

oathkeeper's isnt good for le monarque as you lose poison if you hold the bow draw for more then 1 sec
its more for say leviathans breath or maybe wish ender

Oathkeeper keeps bows in their "perfectly drawn" state, so you do get the poison. I wouldn't run it with Oathkeepers however, as holding the arrow doesn't help much in PvE. Try it with Void Siphons and Volatile Flow.
