Raid multiple difficulty

Can I do a raid on different difficulties in the same week or will I not get any rewards when I do it again?
(for example RoN on normal, then on legendary)

Do raids generally have same mechanic as normal then or do I need to look up guide for the difficulty specifically?

sometimes it goes faster

like accquisition in vow goes wayyy faster then normal

The timer is faster in master? No reason why they would do that, all master raids are just power delta + champions

Maybe the master level adherents do more dmg to it so it fills up quicker? Very weird if they just changed the masters timers for one mechanic in one raid only
