I’ve been reading some of these perks and I’m wondering if a weapon’s impact stat is 92 and you have perks like rampage, multikill clip, swashbuckler, etc.

that boost the damage by a lot; does it go past 100 or is it pointless to have those perks since it won’t go higher than the 100 impact damage?

Impact is a multiplier on the base intrinsic damage of that weapon’s archetype
