have to complete the Legend difficult of the exotic quest, its kinda hard but they recently nerfed the difficulty so it might not be as bad.

but before finishing the quest, do i need to complete another legend run ?

Total of 3 catalysts. Yes keep re-running (in Legend) if u wan all unlocked.

Yeah make sure you got the quests done from the war table, then run legend difficulty. You’ll need to do it two more times for the two catalysts
