Loadout problems?

When applying loadouts recently a couple of them arent applying my armor and mods correctly and is messing up stats and builds. Anyone else with this problem or nah?

Also had the problem that some loadouts did save without mods applied, overwriting it didnt help either

had to delete the loadout and save a new one
