first off its a 180 which is a bad archetype

thats all you need to know

the MOST damage on a kinetic hand cannon doesnt exist

maybe like frenzy explosive fatebringer

but damage wise on a hand cannon is not something you want to worry about

but again, explosive frenzy on a fatebringer is the closest thing to most damage

The 2 best hand cannons in the game are fatebringer and zaoulis bane. The only good exotic hand cannon is sunshot (for pve at least)
