If he has taipan he’ll be fine, cata and linears in general are outclassed these days by rockets

You dont need cataclysmic, but it is good to have

caretaker is a good farm, better then accquisition

its gonna be devastating for him if linears come back and he doesnt have it

but since linears arent gonna be relevant for a while, I suggest just doing the red border puzzle and buying a pattern at the end of the raid

no reason to farm, especially cause getting red borders are so difficult

just farm something else, or farm something else from the raid if he doesn't have it.
