You will need to do activities that give you powerful or pinnacle gear. You can hover over the destinations map and see everything that has the golden diamond icon. You can also google and get a full list.

If you can, try doing all powerfuls before doing the pinnacle ones. However, if it's getting close to thursday and you don't have the time, do whatever you can.

After 1800, only pinnacles will increase your power level.

There are ways to min-max it, but if you want to do that, I would suggest looking up a guide online.

Yeah jus try to do weekly challenges and etc, those get you pinacle or powerful gear that can raise your power level, so best do that

I’m a veteran I just hadn’t preordered the Lightfall campaign and hadn’t played since Beyond Light so I wasn’t aware of the power scale changes and how high level the Neptune Patrol enemies are
