Winterbite Orb

does anyone know what the orb does that floats towards you after getting a melee kill with it? is it a visual bug or does it actually do something

it could be something to do with your class

but I dont recall something like that being on winterbite

you are more then likely getting stasis shards assuming you are on a stasis subclass since you are technically freezing your opponent they will drop a shard on death. With grim harvest it will track towards you.
