Guys I seen people who masterwork their cloaks but they have all +2 then one other roll has +5, how do you get the extra +3 on a certain roll you want

Ex you have +2 mobi +2 resil +12 recovery from the extra 10 mod you put on +2 disc +2 intellect then someone has a +5 strength how do you get the extra +3?

An artifice armor cloak, gives a free slot that you can put a plus 3 mod for any stat. You get those from master dungeons.
Any master dungeon can drop artifice armor, doesn’t matter for the cloak since it doesn’t have innate stats. Spire is active this week.
Other armor can roll with an artifice a lot in master dungeons, however the stat rolls right now are pretty bad overall.
