well it depends on what content your tryna do
like right now the best heavy weapon in the heavy slot is a commemoration with the artifact perks
especially since your on void

I mean it's depending on the content and surge. Eg master ron right now is solar + strand surge. By default, for ad clear though I love retrofit escapade and commemoration
Otherwise good heavy rockets are hothead (arc), blowout is a hothead alternative (arc), bump in the night (stasis), gjalla if need be for boss dps / buff; lfr's like cataclysmic (solar) / taipan (void)

I love retrofit. Up to you mate, can always get it and see what you like better! No reason to stress, both are really good void MGs

commemoration with killing tall and reconstruct is insane
retrofit is a bad archetype and it doesnt have great perks
when it comes to boss dps you dont want to be running a machine gun
commemoration this season is absolutely busted though
but again like if your doing raids your gonna equip the weapon for damage, not a machine gun

Depends what you're doing, void lmg with gyrfalcon is powerful for anything where you don't need burst dps
For raids probably still just Orpheus rig and a rocket

I use retrofit with witherhoard and gryfalcon and also a build with gry and ghally and funnelweb. Those decent builds. Also where do I get commemoration, is it form DSC raid?

if you cant get a commemoration just get a corrective measure
it wont be nearly as good but its what ive been using until i can get my hands on one

They turbo buffed rapid lmg damage and target lock is a good damage perk on them still
