accommodation cards nerf?

Is it true if you farm checkpoints/raid with same players, you will lose ability to give cards?

yeah, there seems to be an hour lockout if you do checkpoints with the same people.

doing a boss cp of dsc for example wouldn't let me give commendations in other raid cps or dungeon cps for about an hour.

however, I could do full spire of the watcher clears in that time, and still give commendations. so you should be able to do full fresh clears even if in a lockout
