Neomuna craftable weapons

Are the craftable weapons from Neomuna, ex: sniper/HC; just random or are they tied to specific activities like the SMG and others?

smg/GL/MG are tied to overload events (CANNOT CRAFT THEM)

while the rest are rng drops from gold patrols (best way to farm it)

Yes Gold Patrols and you can also get red borders from partition

theres also guaranteed red border drops from LF story campaign quest mission from nimbus.
so basically you can get 3x guaranteed TOTAL red borders per weapon if you finish LF campaign on 3 chars

So the three other that aren't craftable are just tied to the Overload activity, not tied behind daily rotation like Sarrow on the moon?
