Red Border Campaign skip

does anyone know if u buy a campaign skip if you can replay through all the missions to get the redborders (specifically the pulse, since it is a campaign drop red border) thanks all

I know for a fact that if you purchase the campaign skip you dont get the legendary rewards

and im pretty sure since you buy the lightfall skip it finishes the quest and the quest is what gives you the red border

so you cant get the red border weapons by buying the skip
