I go into the vault after clearing all the ads and I get the proper standard but the bell doesnt open. help?

Alright. On each corner of the normal dimensions, there is one symbol. If you found out where to go, in the nightmare dimensions you go upstairs and kill all enemies.
After that another enemy spawns which then drop the standard

i cleared the area with the proper symbol and spawned the standard bearer and got the right standard do i have to clear the rest of the ads in the dimension to unlock the bell?

Only one is active
On the other side there are 2 bell keeper below the stairs

Just go into the dimension and check under the stairs where the bells is not

i just killed everything in the normal dimension

Go inside the nightmare dimension and check the opposite site of where you shot the bell to get into the dimension
There are 2 enemies called "bellkeeper"
When both are dead you're able to use the bell again
