Want to farm dares to try to get retraced path crafted and wastelander shotty,is it better to farm on legend or just normal?

I know before the difficulty changes people farmed legend for the guaranteed heavy ammo for the final boss since it didn’t change.

Now, since it’s harder it might take more time and not be as worth it, even though there are better chances for a lightning round
