ive been doing dares all day and ive had loads of half truths drop but i cannot get the other half. am i just really unlucky or is it not available in season of defiance?

it's intentionally very rare. After it was made craftable in season 18 I think, I just got the pattern this season. Wasn't farming for it at all, just through normal pinnacle runs for keys to turn in.
