There's borrowed time from gambit. Calus mini tool and death adder are probably only available from Xur or banshee right now

Also it's not an SMG but I think the Ammit AR2 auto rifle might still be available

retraced path and acasias dejection are both incredibly strong options, and with the way special finisher works theyre quite easy to maintain full reserves on

not to mention retraced is fully f2p, both are craftable, and they both allow for double special which heavily increases ammo drops

I think you're right. Explosive personality is Xur and gunsmith only right now. Could grab dead messenger from the kiosk, but it's exotic
