no, as long as you're 1600+ it won't matter, can even use sundown weapons like mountaintop if you wanted to.

though at 1600 those weapons won't do best dmg they could do since they are at power level of the enemies

if i have a riskrunner that has 1600 power level and i have another riskrunner that has 1800 power level. they deal different amount of damage?

yes they will

a handcannon that is 120rpm, at 1600 even in edz will hit for 8k or so, at 1800 power it hit for 10k
