Vexcalibur catalysts/perk unlocks?

how do you unlock the vexcalibur perks and catalysts? im assuming you do the avalon mission on legend diff?

Yes, if you do the Avalon quest on legendary difficulty you'll obtain a catalyst. So basically need to do it three times.
