im soooo out of upgrade modules and enhancement cores is there a pretty easy farm that i can exploit?

for upgrade modules, ive been doing the 3 chest trick with terminal overload, keep fast travelling and going to the area to reload the event, find an event thats late into stage 2
in stage 3, complete the event, open the chests, leave the area for example zeyphr to liming harbour if its there, then come back and do that to open a chest a
total of 3 times, usually gets me 24~ legendary shards each event.

do you need always on time to get 3 chest?
Ive tried it and going as fast as possible and only manage 2 round trips
unless you're counting the 1st chest open as well

if you play pvp, put on the one that wins have a chance to give upgrade modules, or headshots give enhacement cores. slowly youll get quite a bit

If you’re using a normal sparrow or always on time you should be able to open the chest 3 times total every single time (3 includes the first time you open)
People say 4 trips but I’ve never really managed it
