Does focusing legacy gear after resetting not give extra perks? I reset and tried focusing a Hothead and it only rolled with one set of perks. Does reset only affect current vanguard weapons?

I don't see why it wouldn't benefit, I don't think they explicitly said it wouldn't gain that benefit. It's just a chance of getting extra perks though so it might take a few focuses.

if after like 5 still nothing, might be bugged or they decided not to give it the benefit.
