Is it possible to share current DIM loadouts so I can inspect my friends gear stat distribution? and vice versa

you can share loadouts, the problem is since you don't have those items on your account it won't be able to give you that full picture of their stat distributions

I think it will still keep the limits they used for their stats, so if they have a min 10 discipline stat that will still be there for you, but it won't be able to share the armor they used to get there.
