i understand about armor stats and how you can equip mods for 10+ and masterwork for +2 but whats the best way on having an even 100?

Get lucky with armor rolls

#

War table focusing is good and master dungeon/raids are a good source

i have triple 100 stats on every build i have. What I did was i grinded out master duality caital cp (back when it was guranteed to be over 60).

I had a discipline mod on my ghost (other subclasses may vary im a warlock) and just grinded the crap out of the encounter

I had about 50 clears. You want to do master for the artifice armor. Hope this helps
