Will this seasons GM's be completable if your gear is mostly 1800 (besides artifact)? The grind to pinnacle will take a while, and wondering if me and a friend will be able to jump in on release with base 1800 gear+weps

The maximum effective power for GMs is 1815, so if your Artifact has a decent bonus, yes thats fine.

Your weapons do deal a little less damage at 1800 (compared to 1810) even when your overall power is 1815, but that's negligible. Something like 1-2%
