If you bought it through steam directly, you shouldn’t need to do anything really. Nothing to install. You may just need to close the game and relaunch it to access the content

that's how pretty much everything drops in this game lol it's a looter shooter
in about 3-4 weeks grasp will be in the rotator and you can farm for the armor to your heart's content, if you don't get it before then
