I assume you mean for pvp, otherwise not sure why you'd run a shotgun in the energy slot

Ones that are really good imo are riiswalker, matador from grasp of avarice dungeon, duality exotic shotgun from kiosk, found verdict (also good for pve), retold tale

my fav shotgun that's good for pve + pvp, but that's kinetic is wastelander m5 from dares of eternity tho

if you are a maniac you can try farming for fractethyst from dares whenver it drops that week

Imperial Decree, which is craftable, is also very good so you can farm that easily
