Am I now overleveled for Lightfall and should I start a new character to start at 1600 instead of 1750 for a better experience? because after finishing shadowkeep I was already 1750 and the next two dlcs were crazy easy

no - I started playing two weeks ago and only played the old dlcs. now I'm caught up to LF and am about to start for the first time, but my character is lvl 1750 which I saw is "max" lvl for lightfall.
would I just faceroll through the campaign if I use this character? it's weird I was able to hit LF max lvl before even buying it...

you can play on legendary difficulty if you're looking for more difficulty, but reaching light cap won't mean you cant play the campaign

No just go with that char and do legend, soft cap is 1750 power is 1800 and pinnacle is 1810. To much effort to make new char etc and just do yr other two characters on legend also for some harder fun

if you play LF campaign on legendary you are power capped by mission modifier
