If Pinnacle cap is at 1810 does that mean gear wise that’s the maximum you can go and then your artifact power is what goes past that? Does it keep going?

yes it keeps going, but if im right, its a hard cap after +20, to get to +21 is a ton of exp, all though some activities cap our power so we dont need to over extend that much

Not all cap, like legendary lost sectors don't. Likely master raid won't (didn't before).
