it is from the empire hunts from europa, i was doing them with my friend that didnt even have empire hunts unlocked because he didnt upgrade the vendor, but i had them unlocked. He still got it

empire hunts are on europa, nightmare hunts are on the moon. Its empire hunts youre looking for. also the catalyst for cloudstrike is a world drop from ritual playlist if im right
