Is there any rule how vanguard rep at the end of a strike is calculated? Sometimes I get like 120 and sometimes 230

there is a streak bonus can max out a 5

I know about the streak bonus, but those two numbers were both at the same streak level

There seems to be variable base rep and I don't know what determines that
