I think there arent any wrathborn right now unless the heist battleground on europa is available
the first room had some wrathborn enemies, but dont know if that is faster than shuro chi

AFAIK, that catalyst meant a specific kind of wrath born from the beyond light era. I’m not sure if anyone tested those enemies to see if they worked
