I tried to change character as soon as I clicked it it deleted itself. what should I do?

what do you mean? like it put you to a character creation screen? either way just restart your game, characters can only be deleted if you do it yourself.

I did restart nothing happened I just clicked log in 100% sure I did and it deleted instantly

There’s one recorded case of it happening from a couple months ago for the entire time the game has been online, and they put measures in place to make sure it didn’t happen again.

You could try clearing your cache, update the game, maybe even uninstall and reinstall. But it shouldn’t have just gotten deleted.
