Not anywhere specific, seems most of those items got moved to the world loot pool and it’s rng if they are red border.

Banshee might be selling drang now, so you could maybe try to buy a couple and see, but if you buy like 5 with no red border it will just be luck

I thought the opulent weapons were removed from loot pool, world drop as well

Banshee is selling drang right now, so it’s in a loot pool but maybe not a world drop like I thought.

Dares of Eternity is probably your best bet but you would have to check its loot pool each week since it changes weekly
