I've been searching for a little and I've gotten no consistent answer. one post says it'll never come back and get sunset eventually, one said in dares of eternity, and some say from xur. what's the deal?

I've gotten a total of 6 from the Terminal Override event in Neomuna. 1 of them being deepsight.

That event seems to be the most consistent for me when looking for ikelos weapons.
