I am thinking about swapping to Enh. Reconstruction but I'm wondering if Recon only works when the weapon is stowed or can you hold it out as well?

If it reloads when holding i might swap to it (i have subsistence atm)

yes reconstruction works while you hold it too, it loads bullets ever 4 seconds not shooting I think. It's what I have on it

would go for reconstruction, works while you have it equipped, you basically never have to reload in most scenarios

pair it with killing tally and you have 30% dmg almost all the time
