So I am having trouble with any champ mods, they just doesn't work at all unless I either remove a fragment or keep it in and get rid of that slot. I tried other ways but it will stop working after a second.

What is the issue EXACTLY, when are you doing and what do you expect should happen?
For unstop for example you need to aim down sights for about 1 seconds and then all bullets in the current mag can stun unstops

the game acts like I don't have the artifact perk selected even if I do and it will not show the icon of the champ perk next to the weapon while running around.
I tried stunning champs with the specific gun when it's selected and it doesn't activate. (sorry If I am making it confusing, it doesn't help I just can't show images for it)
