Why Hothead over Blowout?

Is there any reason to farm a Hothead instead of Blowout with the same roll other than the fact that Hothead can be Adept?

hothead has more reserves than blowout but otherwise blowout's a pretty nice replacement for hothead

Hothead can also roll the fabled Field Prep + Clown Cartridge roll which makes it better than blowout for solely rocket spam
