stupid servers rules making life difficult

tldr pc worked last night, added a new motherboard and cpu, tried every fix on the internet and destiny still hates me

figured if anyone would have a solution it'd be the people who actually play the game

quick list of things ive tried:

1. verify drivers are updated
2. verify file integrity
3. attempted to reinstall battleye

4. tried restarting pc, no change present
5. cleared destiny cache
