fourth time's the charm + target lock are the 2 perks, but on light.gg the recommended magazine perk for this gun is accurized rounds?

I know that target lock perk triggers off of base magazine so having less ammo to begin with ramps up the dps faster, but is it actually more dps compared to extended mag or appended mag?
the extended mag perk is like +17 more bullets for fourth time's the charm to work with
accurized rounds recommended at 22.1%
other mags like 15-18% recommended on light gg

Sounds wrong to me too. From what I understand you want absolute max mag size from perks.
